Privacy Policy

Summary

• We collect your email + Google profile to authenticate you.
• We store your tracked keywords and the citation results AI engines return.
• We do not sell your data, ever.
• You can export or delete your account at any time.

What we collect

• Account data — email, name, profile image from Google Sign-In.
• Project data — domain you track, the keywords you add, run results (citations from AI engines), notification preferences, billing state.
• Server logs — Cloudflare Workers request logs (IP, user agent, timestamp). Retained 30 days for debugging.
• Usage analytics — we use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymized page interactions (clicks, scrolls, session replays) to improve the product. Clarity sets cookies and may capture IP-derived approximate location.
• Billing data — handled by Polar (our payment processor). Geondex sees plan + subscription state, not card numbers.

How we use it

To run the service: authenticate you, run your scans, show results, send alerts you opt into, charge you per your plan. We use Brevo to send transactional emails (first-run digest, lost-citation alerts, weekly summaries).

Third parties

• Cloudflare (hosting, D1, Workers).
• Google (sign-in OAuth).
• Polar (billing).
• Brevo (email delivery).
• Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics).
• Perplexity, OpenAI, Anthropic (AI engines — they receive your query text).

Data retention

Citation history retained for the life of your account. Delete your account to wipe all data within 30 days.
