Terms of Service

The service

Geondex tracks citations to your domain across third-party AI engines. We provide the tooling; we do not control what AI engines decide to cite.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.
• One account per natural person or organization.
• You must be 16+ to use Geondex.

Acceptable use

• Don't track domains you don't own or operate, except for legitimate competitive research.
• Don't use Geondex to scrape AI engines beyond what their terms allow.
• Don't attempt to overwhelm our infrastructure.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Polar. Cancel anytime — service continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers

AI engines change their behavior frequently. Geondex measures what they returned at run time; we make no guarantee about future runs. No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Service is provided "as is".

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Geondex in the previous 12 months, or $50 if you're on the free tier.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email before material changes take effect.
